About Our Partnership with LifeShare Oklahoma

LifeShare Network of Oklahoma has partnered with the Alliance of Mental Health Providers of Oklahoma to provide counseling services on a limited basis to the courageous family members who save lives through organ donation. The Alliance is the largest network of mental health providers in the state. Our members include CREOKS Health Services; Counseling and Recovery Services of Tulsa; Family & Children’s Services; Green Country Behavioral Health Services; HOPE Community Services, Inc.; Lighthouse Behavioral Wellness Centers, and Red Rock Behavioral Health Services. If you are in need of counseling services to help you cope with depression, anxiety, PTSD, etc., related to organ donation, please fill out the following form.
